These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by KeyFerrals LLC ("Keyferrals," "we," "us," or "our"), including our real estate referral network, marketing services, and SMS/text messaging program (together, the "Services"). By accessing our website, submitting a form, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Our Services
Keyferrals helps real estate professionals grow their business through a nationwide agent-to-agent referral network, real estate marketing services (such as listing photo and video editing, listing landing pages, and agent websites), and dedicated account support. Specific partnership arrangements, including any referral fees, are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Keyferrals. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement controls.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. If you join our network as a partner agent, you represent that you hold any real estate license required in your jurisdiction and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in serving referred clients.
3. Information You Provide
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you submit a form or communicate with us, and to keep it up to date. Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program description. By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box(es) on our website form, you agree to receive text messages from Keyferrals at the number you provided. If you opt in to non-marketing messages, you may receive application follow-ups, referral notifications, appointment reminders, and account updates. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive promotional offers, program updates, and new service announcements.
- Consent is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of joining our network.
- Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
- Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
- Opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send you one confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time or reply START, and we will start sending messages to you again.
- Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or get help directly at support@keyferrals.com or (802) 416-3551.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
5. Email & Phone Communications
By submitting your contact information, you agree that Keyferrals may contact you by email or phone about your inquiry and the Services. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email, or by contacting us.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
- Submit false or misleading information, or information about another person without their permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the website, its servers, or its security
- Copy, scrape, or reverse engineer any part of the website or Services

The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by Keyferrals or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission. All third-party trademarks referenced remain the property of their respective owners and do not indicate any affiliation or endorsement.

The Services may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
9. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any particular number of referrals, appointments, transactions, or income. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions and your own follow-up.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keyferrals and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Keyferrals in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keyferrals and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Keyferrals maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
